Empowering Nepali Women Through Growth, Connection, and Leadership
We create a space for women with Nepali migration backgrounds in Munich and beyond to connect, share experiences, and support each other’s growth. As part of Nepali Roots e.V., we foster educational growth, professional development, social integration, and community leadership.
Through workshops, shared learning, and supportive spaces, we empower women personally and professionally, promote well-being, strengthen leadership & communication skills, and help build sustainable women-led structures within the Nepali community.

Our Purpose and Vision
Women of Nepali Roots was created to support Nepali women facing challenges such as balancing
family and career, limited networks, social isolation, and stress.
We provide a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space where women can:
- Connect and build networks
- Share experiences and support one another
- Gain practical tools for personal and professional growth
- Develop confidence and leadership skills
We envision a self-organized network of women who uplift each other and contribute to the Nepali community and wider society in Germany. By strengthening women, we strengthen families, communities, and social cohesion.
